Dougie I think this post is worthy of a point.

A wage slave is someone with no autonomy or rights and a chattel slave is an individual who is treated as property. Cabn****ers have no political say in their trade and no unfettered access to the tools of that trade. If you are denied unfettered access to your tools then you are socially, economically and politically deprived.

Now your average Cab****er might not realise this but the test would be to give them the choice of unfettered access to their tools. And if they are "willing" slaves as Dougie claims, then nothing will change.

The so called "term" CN is not a term....it is slang from a nation that is full of class derogation. The nation concerned also have many other serious issues......do we need to bring their slang here, slang that has no place in a normally accepted dictionary.

It is disgraceful that the slang is allowed.....but other everyday words are edited out!

As usual the contributor has dredged his so called superior knowledge from an Urban dictionary, I guess a step lower than the beano/dandy/daily mail/youtube that he likes to plagiarise.Strangely enough, although I have to say not really surprising, there are never any quotes/extracts from any substantiated quality articles. Usually whatever is quoted is ridiculed by other far superior minds.

And then you have others who give him some credibility (god only knows why) with a degree of intelligence!


A bright/intelligent person would have an acceptance /tolerance of the views of others.......ah well - that is the first part proven of extinct intelligence, all we need now is for the unnamed culprit to step forward.

I guess what it comes down to is that if you have chosen to do a job within the service industry profession it helps if you like and can connect with people.
If you can't then you will always struggle until ultimately you have to look for other employment either willingly or because you are unsuitable for that line of work and someone decides for you.

The term Cab****er was first coined by James Taylor right here on TDO. However the word "nigger" you will find in any modern dictionary and this is just one of its definitions : "a disparaging term used to describe a member of a socially, economically or politically deprived group"

So Cab****er is a wholly appropriate term when applied to a group of taxi owners and drivers who are socially, economically or political deprived because of the job they do.
