I find it quite strange that CC doesn't want governance. Surely it is precisely that governance that created and runs the NHS. The very NHS that not so long ago took care of him and brought him back from the brink. Damn governance!

I should point out the context of which this reply is meant - I mean I don't want people stating the obvious that managers are actually governors - because that would be a really sh*tty point wouldn't it - I merely told people not to vote.

Politicians know f*ck all - and that is absolutely f*ck all, about healthcare.

Leave it to the professional people who run hospitals.

The NHS was started on the back of the American Marshall Aid money - which the labour party p*ssed up against the wall - and didn't actually invest in infrastructure.

Of course the Tories are equally culpable - they opposed the NHS.

Subsequently the Labour party used a PFI system (designed by Tories) to fund the building of new hospitals, and the somehow managed to completely f*ck that up as well.

Now people tell me whereabouts the NHS is actually safe in the hands of politicians - in so far as I am concerned - they've consistently f*cked it up.

Is that clear enough?

No it doesn't, I prefer to pay pence in the pound rather than pounds on a healthcare policy, I don't use healthcare much but I'll gladly contribute so as my fellow man/woman and children can get free of charge what is important, that's treatment without question, healthcare in the USA accounts for 46% of all bankruptcies, I'll promote the pence in the pound, thank you very much, I don't care who governs I just care about who treats

So reading between the lines you pay taxes - what's that got to do with healthcare?

You've proved my point, the money I pay in tax and the portion of that, that goes on healthcare is insignificant, any kind of insurance cost and extra cost to see a GP would be significant

so basically your governance means taking money from you and distributing it - and you need governed for that?

We are doing away with Democracy up here and replacing it with a new system of Arseocracy..Basically it gives Scottish MPs the FREEDOM to speak through their erseholes and ensures other erseholes take it all in and believe every word of it..
