Interesting that Uber's UK T&Cs are lodged under Dutch law and not UK law :shock:

They swap them from country to country. If they're operating in Holland their laws might be based in Belgium and so on.

It's Drivers must be a desperate, why else would they endure a 20% fee to Uber when profit margins are already tight..and why does it's customers go all gooey eyed when they are no cheaper or better than regular firms.

One day their bubble will burst and they'll go the same way as Betamax Video and Clackers...

Been in Solihull a few times this week, saw plenty of PH with Uber door signs, look, if Uber are operating simply as a PH outfit with a PH ops licence, they are doing nothing wrong

mind you the cars had plates on magnets....
