Does anyone know where the engine number is likely to be on an 8 valve 2.0 litre peugeot engine (fits into a peugeot expert)? pleeze.

Ah, not quite as simple as that.

If a replacement engine has been put in and the details have not been recorded!

So! Just wondering as to where it might be stamped/forged on the engine?
