If a contractor foooks up in the first week of a 4 year contract, county will bill them for £3400 per run they have......I can see that working

I can see a lot of folks going insolvent, and the council getting nothing.

After letting them incur court charges on a ccj or writ obviously

Another rule is that a sole trader can't go Ltd And keep a contract and can't sell his business with a run he has....m
