Did you exercise reasonable diligence in attempting to identify the driver and can you prove that?

Have you provided the BiB a list of the possible drivers?

If not, prepare youself for a summons for failure to furnish under, I believe, s172 of the Road Traffic Act.

It may be worth researching it while you still have time to correct it.

copper came last night with this result

theres a point at which the costs incurred could exceed the worth of the investigation and pending case if there was one...

How do you identify the driver if you are not there.how can you say he has committed an offence

I thought it was the company secretary who gets the fine if the driver is not disclosed.

you have to use parallel thinking.....somebody tries to break into your house.....if the police say to you..sorry we can not prosecute this man/men because you did not see them ...which they do all the time..all you can do is provide a list of drivers who are ins to drive

heres the funny bit, the copper 99% gave me clues to who the driver might be/where he might work, not quite his name but a very strong clue....

why would he do that, knowing ive seen the car many times en-route AND in the town where I drop my school run?...
