With me it is won't. In my opinion once I have given a price i stick to it because if I then lower the price it means that my price was to high in the first place and the customer was being ripped off.
There are not many instances in this game where people will stick together but it happens quite often on our rank where a punter will ask the front car for a price and then the second and third etc. The price goes up with every car asked. It is very rare for someone to offer a lower price than the first car, providing of course that the first price was realistic.
