Shocking moment bus driver is caught on video performing solo sex act on the top deck of a double decker bus

A bus driver has been suspended after he was caught performing a sex act on the top deck of his vehicle while standing next to a window in full view of people outside.

The employee was seen leaning between two seats of his bus, which was parked in a depot, naked from the waist down and apparently pleasuring himself.

A shocked onlooker quickly took his phone out and proceeded to capture video of the incident, before confronting the driver and blasting his behaviour then reporting him to the authorities.

Mohamud Mohamud, 38, witnessed the incident on Saturday while he was standing outside his home in North London with his brother.

The driver went up to the top deck of the 123 bus as it was standing in the depot and proceeded to perform the sex act while appearing to watch pornography on his phone for a minute and a half.

Mr Mohamud said: 'I was so shocked. I saw that he is almost naked on the top of the bus and could see him rocking forwards and backwards.

'At first I couldn't figure out what he was doing, but when I realised I got my phone out to start recording.

'There must be something on the seat in front of him, you could see his right hand reaching for something which is on the seat in front so I believe that was his mobile and we think he was watching porn.'

He added that he was worried because children frequently take that bus route, and an elderly woman walked past and saw what was happening.

Mr Mohamud said: 'When he pulled his pants up again, I went around the corner and I got his driver number. I confronted him and said, "What have you been doing upstairs?"

'He said he was searching the bus, but he realised I have a video - he tried to say he had a problem with his leg, but after a while he just started begging me not to share the video.

'I told him, what you are doing is absolutely disgusting, it's beyond belief. He plainly wanted people to see, I have no idea why. He is clearly sick in the head.'

A spokesman for Transport for London said: 'We have immediately contacted the bus operator, Arriva, and they confirmed that they have suspended the driver while the incident is investigated.'

He was a secret bus spotter and had just seen the last Routemaster he wanted to tick off the lot in his Ian Allan bus book.

It's really a bit daft doing that sort of thing on a London bus as every aspect of the bus is covered by CCTV! A bloke I was working with yesterday evening was late getting to a certain point on his route; back at base the controller said "you were 14 late leaving place x". "Yes, I stopped nearby". "No, you stopped for 22 minutes at Tesco's 8 miles away and got stuck in traffic at y". Everything was on the tracker system. No answer, no further work for him.

Perhaps he was a "relief" bus driver.....only saying
