well, the new rule in our office is 2 job refusals then a 24 hour ban, i honestly don't know how he can do it ?? if i go to work & get 2 jobs with dogs i lose a days pay , so hes pretty much forcing us to take them or we lose out

With any luck that will soon see the end of you as a driver. =D> =D> =D> =D>

so how would that mean it would be the end of me as a driver then?, worst scenario i lose 24 hrs work you daft tw$t ,sorry mate, i would rather be on the dole than be a "hoop licker " like you lot, honestly !

Because you would spend more time in the sin bin than you would working.

In a service industry which by definition we are you have to be prepared to provide a good service which includes helping customers taking them and All their belongings which can include pets heavy luggage and all sorts. This is something that Grandad and myself understand and both of us have a good reputation in our respective towns based on this. you seem to always begrudge providing any level of service other than turning up and grabbing the cash and that reflects badly on our trade hence the criticism

don't have a problem with any of the others, heavy luggage etc.. i just wont take pet dogs, i even enquire now about cats in crates, believe it or not my mate called me the other day & said , "honestly some people, i picked a lass up with a cat in a crate to drop at the vets, when i dropped her off i noticed the stain on the back seat", he said , "your cat has slashed on my seat" , she said .....yes she actually said , "its not wee, shes spilt the bowl of cat milk i put in her crate to keep her calm"
