Unless I am missing something, it all seem clear to me. rate 2 can be used from 18.00 on Christmas eve until midnight on Christmas day. Saturdat the 26th and Sunday 27th are not bank holidays so normal fares are used. Monday the 28th is Boxing day bank holiday so again rate 2 can be used and then on New Years eve from 18.00 until midnight on New years day it is rate 2 again.

it says T2 from 18.00hrs to 23.59hrs on Christmas eve/New years eve --- or any public bank holiday

it SHOULD say or ALL day on any public bank holiday

It states on any public bank holiday which to me, and any other normal person, means all day. How can you think it means anything else?

Because the line above it states 18.00hrs to 23.59hrs on 2 days "AND on any public holiday"

Licensing are changing the wording

The only possible losers would be hackney drivers not charging all day on the 3 public holidays
