I would doubt that it would happen verbally. The amount of times that the Russians are transgressing into other waters/airspace you would have to be a universal linguist to understand all languages. I would imagine that it would take form in some sort of communication/signalling. Also take on board that these war planes will/would be travelling well in excess of 600+ miles per hour, as such it is no good claiming that they were 1 kilometer inside - that is cutting it fine to say the least. The Russians need to be more responsible........instead of using intimidation.

I doubt that the jets were flying supersonic or close to it at the time. The international language of aviation is English.

The pilot was warned 10 times before being shot down by two Turkish F16 jets, according to the country's military.

Sounds like he was arrogant enough to assume turkey would do nothing. It's his own fault he'd have done the same if it was a turkish plane violating his airspace personally i think Turkey did the right thing

They'd have to be fast talkers to warn them 10 times in 17 seconds.

Typical Turks, effin liars.

The warnings may have been earlier than the 17 seconds to warn that they were about to enter Turkish airspace.

Ten times in seventeen seconds??

Mines can ask seventeen times in ten seconds...but luckily I can fail to listen at an even faster rate of words.

With the two world super powers bombing them and France bombing them - what effect do you think a few RAF planes are going to have?

We should keep our noses out.

British bombers by night, Yanks by day, French by the times in between and the Russians all the time....there should be a few cases of Shell shock out there, but what the hell, the place is empty as they are all coming over here.

It's pointless, are people seriously suggesting a few RAF bombs will actually make any difference whatsoever?

The whole thing has been turned into a kick Corbyn campaign - even UKIP don't want us bombing

what happens when if the bombs fail - or even if they succeed - there is no strategy whatsoever.

You have the answer, their strategy is to have no strategy, with that as a strategy you really don't need a strategy, this strategy is blameless and faultless.... its all so simple really.

Leave it to Russia, they seem to be doing OK, meanwhile we'll just keep letting them all in to the UK.

As for America, I think they've done a brilliant job causing all of this shit in the middle east.

I was listening to a military expert on the radio the other day he said that bombing was useless unless you have spotters on the ground identifying the targets

Apparently isis have 150 oil tankers they are using to ship the oil to earn foreign currency he said blow those up and you can bleed Isis dry far better to organise some proper intelligence to assist the French and Americans than waste taxpayers money bombing targets that "might" be live

Why don't they just flatten a few oil wells and it'll save sinking the ships that would just create a nuisance to shipping and pollute the sea.

I think he was referring to tanker lorries and Grandad i think we have advisers there what is needed is spotters amongst the forces fighting isis to pinpoint targets our people are well away from any front line for obvious reasons
