If i ring a 100% PH base and ask for a taxi should they decline the job?

No. But you can decline to get in the car they send.

You don't legally need to keep records of hackney carriage bookings, but I think you should keep proper records as a matter of good business practise.


I agree with that about good business practise! Anyway I have emailed Monmouthshire Licensing for their comments! Cheers to everyone



we operate an all hackney fleet our council says they need to inspect the booking records but never have in over 20 years !
