was he a licensed vehicle or a private car and have you reported to the police about being hit by an uninsured driver ?

They aren't bothered

The word is no more derogatory than say "Scottie" or "Jock" for Scottish people or "Yanks" for American People or even "Jerry" for German people..

If you mention that word anywhere on a complaint about our asian friends it is automatically deemed racist which is why 99.6% of all complaints made to our council about drivers misbehaving are not investigated as they are deemed racist



Surely Misbehaving is misbehaving regardless of Skin tone...just exactly who are the truly racially persecuted?

That's the British way of doing things, and very nice it is to, sorting out the worlds differences over a nice cup of Earl gray and a Gypsy cream biscuit..lovely.
