yep there's nowt like a crisis to bring out the pr stunt folks. Now if Sky had thought it through they could have offered to move the sky dishes at a nominal cost and got a major PR boost for their business

PS CC I would cancel my Sky as well but I haven't got it 8)

Maybe £290 is a nominal cost in the eyes of Sky? I have never had Sky and never will.

At least some people are turning out in support

Almost 10,000 people braved heavy rain and road closures to attend a food festival and show support for Cumbria's flood victims.

The news crews don't stop about long once the drama has subsided. They thrive on drama and other people's misfortune.
