Pretty obvious why there are only 60% on strike the doctors that work in departments that involve critical care and A and E for example are still working.
Thats right midlife. and its the normal cheap skate comment from jimbo
This issue is in my opinion fundamental to the well being of our population ALL of them, i well recall the stories i was told by my Granparents and one Great granparent of times before the NHS, people if poor died through lack of care including of course children of course hunger and deprivation was the norm in 1920/s and 30's life was very tough !!
But once the NHS emerged things were considerably improved healthwise and i was always satisfied with my experiences until very recently.
The point of this thread is not political for rest assured i was very annoyed at Blair and Browns regimes and their dealing's with the NHS [PFI for instance] the point to me is we must prevent the destruction of this fabulous asset we have for our children and Grandchildren if by posting on here it gets people considering the issues that to me is success so i will persevere
Finally i would point out if its necessary to spill blood including mine i will to protect this VITAL organisation for all future generations, a return to pre NHS days is not on my agenda

but would appear to be on the Conservatives ................................no [edited by admin]!ng way
