During the police interview, they said 'you do realise this situation is a whole lot more serious as your profession is a taxi driver', I can except that to a degree but how far is the law willing to go?

I just think it's wrong that a bad quality photograph of someone with his hands in his lap can be so damaging, the system is at fault.
