One of our drivers picked up a customer this evening. The customer works for our main competitor. When asked why he had called us he said that the other firm had no bookings for tonight so they were not working.

So we know who's getting all the call diverts.

And you don't need to quote silly prices (not saying you do) as the competition aren't out there. :D

wish our competition would do that VERY slow tonight I've managed to take just 13 jobs since 17.00 with only 3 more in for later   which between 5 cars is pretty rubbish and not a single job over £8

I think I might be putting the phones on divert very early tonight ! especially since I've got a Heathrow at 06.30 in the morning

There phone just goes to answer phone. We always use the meter for jobs in the borough. Well as far as I know we do. If I find out that a driver overcharges, they wont be using our cars for long.

jnr did a great (if long) friday, i went in saturday and took £63 in a few hours, all locals, jnr came into town, he had a headlamp/sidelight out and indicator problems (he rents the car 60/40), there were no bosses available so he dumped the car and we went home...
