I doesn't last long. I blow plumes of vapour, it doesn't hinder my visibility.

The word plumes says it all. It doesn't need to last long to hinder visability.

When you've got the window down it goes within seconds, remember it's only steam, the same steam that's used to treat chest problems, there's no density to steam.

maybe not but if they got caught by the gestapo I would not be backing them up. Fortunately, none of my drivers use them.

Just because Ecigs are perceived to be safer than normal ones doesn't mean they are completely harmless    #-o #-o #-o

Solvents? I'm reading the ingredients on my bottle from a well known juice maker in the UK, it reads like this, VG 60% PG 30% Distilled water 5% flavouring 4% nicotine 1%.

It doesn't stain my vehicle in any way shape or form, in fact people comment on how nice it smells when they get into the car.

When I smoked I suffered with asthma, it was controlled by inhalers and steroid tablets. Since I've been vaping I've thrown the inhalers and I've not had a steroid tablet in 4 years.

When people give up smoking their lungs go into cleaning mode giving them the symptoms of Asthma, its nothing to do with the Ecigs.

If they're that bad for you why are they handing them out on prescription to people who want to give up the weed?

Would you drink that bottle of "juice?" And if not, why not?

Because it would kill you if you did?

Google nicotine overdose

Have you vapers got any idea how ridiculous you look with your dummies for grown ups?

I say the use of e-cigs in the taxi should be a drivers decision not a councils licence condition, we have Windows too, the vapour instantly disappears when blowing the vapour out of a window, many taxi drivers use e-cigs responsibly and many many punters use e-cigs, I'll take their business, I'd also rather offer a service that encourages switching from ciggie smoke to vapour, e-cig users are being punished for trying to kick a dirty habit, fine if you don't smoke and don't like the smell of blueberry etc but why should a ban be enforced on the rest of us who see no harm in using an e-cig, I'm 4 years on an e-cig and Skippy is right, I also feel much healthier, Edinburgh is considering banning, I've submitted the evidence let's hope they see sense and allow the cabbie the choice.

Jimbo it might look stupid to some but it certainly doesn't feel stupid to those of us who use an e-cig, saving my life and fortunes in cash, 30 cigarettes a day is now £105 a week, 30ml of e-cig juice that last's 10 days or so £8.10, I'll take that and hey I'm even saving money on coffee, nicotine is a similar hit.

Don't get me wrong. I think that as an aid to giving up smoking they are a good thing but I think it is only right that for the 10 minutes or so that punters are in my car they can refrain from using them.

under the smoking legislation rules , there are non against ecigs, and they cannot be enforced due to a European high court ruling, that they are not tobacco products, regardless of what some councils might say

They are not being stopped under the smoking legislation rules. It is a condition of the drivers license the same as the condition that drivers can't wear open front sandals. etc.

No it wouldn't kill you, you need to stop reading these Government sponsored adverts.

Lets ban bleach, sinkhole un-blocker, turps. Drinking an eliquid won't kill a child because there's only a very small amount of nicotine in the highest of doses of eliquid, not enough to kill a child.

Lets factor in the losses that big pharma are losing through people not being ill all the time due to smoking and a lot of people at the top who have their fingers in such pies are losing a lot of money. It's just a scam.. They're trying to put people off vaping.

how funny is how topic lives its own life... main topic was "Councils are about to use the clean air act to ban the use of e-cigs in taxis" and now we know almost everything about e-stinky-cigs, how helpful and healthy they are.. who cares, I don't smoke and don't want any bloody smoker smoking in my car, doesn't matter how healthy e-stinky-cig is for him, same as I don't like night revelers comming with cans of beer "cos I just opened it"... I don't care... drink it outside or leave it outside same smoking as grandad said, they're with me for few mins and there's no need to smoke in the car...

Unlike many people I've taken the time to read up on devices and juices, before I buy a device I look at the power and what it takes to charge them.

I've started to make my own ejuice, it's like brewing beer but much simpler

I use 18650 rechargeable batteries for my devices, they're charged on a Xtar VP4 charger which shuts down when they're fully charged.

I don't touch these pen like ecig devices, they were OK when I started my journey in vaping to see if I could take to it.

I now only use high end devices, the last one cost me £79.99, it's made by an English company and has the kite mark and the safety mark.
