Your twisting things you naughty man, but they do not need to have the cotton wool type of Rights that the ECHR serves up where the bad guys come off better than their victims, where you can't kick out or repatriate foreign rapists, murderers and illegal immigrants for fear of stopping them having a family life etc.
How can a civilised country deport even the most depraved, to a country where they may expect certain death or torture?

I'd rather see a common sense British bill of rights that will allow us to boot out the nut jobs regardless of whether they have family here or not and also stop convicts using the ECHR as an excuse to waste Tax payers money on every little gripe that they have and to put an end to all the greedy lawyers that encourage it so as they can cream millions off the state.
that EHCR is there for everyone - even those who we don't like - because they are humans too, a British bill of rights would say the exact same.

Nope, I stand by what i say, kick the ECHR into the long grass and replace it with something fit for purpose and which has some common sense behind it.
That Winston Churchill has a lot to answer for.
We could ensure the safety of potential torture Victims just as easily under a British bill of rights, but that's probably not even a problem for 0.1% percent of Migrants. but come on, hiding behind a right to a family life just to stay here or simply because they own a cat they don't wish to leave behind..well thats a load of crap reason.
Theres nowt the ECHR is doing we can't do for ourselves when it comes to protecting genuine torture fleeing migrants, but what we can do is stop the bloody lunacy parts of the ECHR which will allow us to kick out those that we currently can't.
the ECHR is is bloody joke, it might have some good parts but it sure as hell has some stupid parts as well...we'll can save the good and dump the stupid..we don't need a control freak like the ECHR to allow as to do that, it makes a mockery of justice and fairness with a few exceptions.
