Rainworth sold me a car, Close bros financed it, on no part of any paperwork was taxi mentioned

I'd be careful because its an asset owned by the finance house until the final payment has been received. They aren't going to be happy if their asset is at risk of high mileage and wear and tear.

Like I mentioned above if they know its being used for hire and reward they'll either hike your payments up or they'll come and lift it.

I think they know.....in fact im sure they do, Rainworth dont set the interest rate, they just supply the car

When any of buy a normal saloon new from a dealer none of us are buying a taxi/PH.

We are buying a saloon that at some time might get licensed as a taxi/PH.

Dealers generally don't give a toss and know not to ask that question.

It matters not to the dealer what you are using the car for. It may matter to the finance company.
