flights from Islamabad !!! grrrrr

my passengers landed at BHX the same time as the islamabad flight but could you get near the arrivals area NO about a thousand meeters and greeters blocking the up the arrivals area stood 3 or 4 deep at the railings and about 100 plus blocking the way through no chance of finding passengers off any other flight

BHX needs to put crowd control stewards in place for that flight !!!!!

It isn't the number of passengers that causes the problem. It is the whole extended family that come to meet them.

Private hire cars using the taxi rank.
Melton plated vehicles being driven by Rutland badged drivers.
Independent driver picking up our customer and telling them that they work for us and then charging £5.00 for a £3.40 fare.
A council that wont do anything about the above.

People who say 'see you later' when clearly they won't.

Drop off a fare at 2am - 'see you later', no you won't, not unless it's an invite for coffee.
Get food from a drive through - 'see you later', no you won't I'm going home now.
Do my weekly shop and the checkout girl says 'see you later', well in a weeks time when I come back again !
