My dear friend, an occasional poster, but permanent lurker on TDO, Skiman has sadly passed away today.

Mick had been in the trade for nearly 50 years as a hackney and private hire owner/driver, a hackney and private hire journeyman, and an office manager.

He was a good lad and will be missed by his colleagues and family.

RIP 80.

Never met him so can't really comment BUT it is never nice to hear of someones passing my condolences to the family

PS CC apparently this year there has been a spike in the death rate apart from people in the trade i have lost no end of regular customers over the last 6 months  it seems that the winter bugs are a little more deadly this year !

RIP fellow driver.

We've had two ex drivers round here this week shuffle off to the big rank in the sky.
