I doubt he would be able to remember it happening let alone be capable of making a proper written complaint BUT putting him down was probably not the best thing to do under the circumstances even if it got the right result. Hopefully nothing will come of it ! Fingers crossed

I will go completely along with Edders on this one. It is probably all part and parcel of every day life for him, as such he will not even know as to how to go about making a complaint. If he did, I am sure that he is incapable of stringing more than two words together before they sus him out.

As Edders said not a wise thing to do! You can bet your bottom dollar, that someone, somewhere, will side with the poor drunken helpless drugged up lost soul, that (they will testify) you took advantage of - even if he had a knife in his hand.....then you should have known it was forpeeling apples  As capable as you are - it is not worth it.

Watch what you are posting over the internet.

As for self defence it doesn't work in todays world, when I got done with a syringe some years ago I leathered 7 bales of crap out of the cunt who did it. The two coppers in the Police station who were dealt with it, one was OK but the other one wanted to charge me, even though he had a pocket full of used syringes and previous for drugs, robbery and shoplifting.

I think it's called reasonable force now. Belting them once to defend yourself would be ok (or as many times as needed to prevent the assault going further), but continuing to kick the carp out of them once they're on the floor and unconscious would be classed as excessive force.

So what do you do, hit him once and hope he doesn't pull something else out of his pocket or, do a job on him and do it right?
