On the Union Flag the thick white part of the diagonal stripe should be at the top of the flag on the flagpole side. With that image it doesn't matter whick way up it is there is no thick part of the diagonal white stripe at the top.

Round or not the Thicker white strip should be on the upperside of the red diagonal stripe on the Flagpole side of the flag and at the lower edge of the red
diagonal stripe on the side furthest away from the flagpole and also your round one is symmetrical through the horizontal plane rather than asymmetrical through the horizontal plane you nauight man.

The EU is like a Cosmic Blackhole, It's gravitational pull gets larger as it expands and sucks in more and more nations within it's gravitational field, once it can absorb or swallow no more it will implode.
