why? why should i lash out on a phone? ( i have 2 galaxy s4`s with free tethering) buy a tablet? ( once again i have 2 , a Samsung tab 10.1 & a leveno 7"`), sorry , if they cant make the effort to walk to the cab, well fook em

Standard client and corporate client are 2 different beasts entirely. Whatever we may think the corporate client expects a different service and if they don't get it from you they'll get it from somewhere else.

At Newcastle the clients that know me text or call me when they've got their bags and are coming out of the terminal which gives me ample time (30 seconds) to get from the Shell garage to the drop off area and we're in and out within the £1 for 10 minutes charge.

For corporate clients who have no idea of the layout, you stand there with the board and if you go above the 10 minutes it gets added to the bill. So far by knowing if they've got hold luggage or just cabin luggage I've managed to time it that even standing there with a board we've still only paid a pound on exit.
