It would lead to everyone liebling everyone else.

I use another forum with 25,000 members and millions and millions of posts, and they don't have one because the admin/owners of that site would be homeless within weeks.

advice? it was a suggestion mate (i take it you are the owner & quite "precious") , also i have owned/admin/modded forums in the past with hundreds of members & never had a liable case once, also had radio & shoutbox mods in different time zones , so always someone on , anyone could liable this site by just posting anyway ,as for i dont like it? didnt i say "sadly, ruins this great site" nevermind, nowts a bother

like i said it was just a suggestion, after all this site has only 3879 members not 25,000, different kettle of fish totally,its ok though

I think suggestions are fine.

But for the admin/owners of TDO the numbers you mention are a very good thing.

seems to me you were offering advice, as tdo doesn't have a suggestions box.

we only have a politics section because we thought we could vent a little on there, I am not the owner, indeed, i'd see to it that this site is closed down.

I think the way the site runs is fine, it can easily defend claims of libel because the way the law is structured a request for an offended party has to come to make the moderators delete a post if the deem necessary.

But at the end of the day, stories are posted and people can comment, and if advice is needed, we ask skippy.
