get a deposit

i wont take advance bookings, i can then squeeze em till the pips pop out...

£45 for a 3 mile job last NYE

she rang me ans said "i cant get a taxi at 00.30hrs for love nor money, how much do you want"

long long pause, i thought £45 would put her off

and i got a £5 tip.....

what i got my first one on the 9th January :shock: it's not unusual for people to book things 12 months ahead

With bookings made so far in advance its a good idea to ring them up to confirm the booking a couple of days before.

Tbh I think that as taxis will be busy regardless, then demand a deposit! No deposit = you will be busy in any event.......as Arnie says.....fug emm :wink:
