Never lower your rates to cover their work and don't forget to include any airport parking that you are aware of and tell them in the little box below the quote that the airport parking/tolls are £X

If you want to see roughly what the customer has been charged simply put the details in their online quote system. Sometimes we get to bleed them of all their fare and sometimes they ask if they can at least keep £1 from the fare, that's when they've been let down usually. I don't mind anybody making money, but, never at my cost for the job it's that simple. The system does work, I've regularly had weeks when I've invoiced over £1k.
