We have had a driver join us from another company in town. The straw that broke the camels back for him was working all day on a Saturday and taking home £30.00.
Anyway, someone who is friends with the people who run this other company has told one of our drivers that we will be getting our cars damaged again. The same as happened last time one of their drivers came and worked with us. Looks like we could be spending the profits on repairs again.

To get it over and done with; I would cam the car/cab up as much as possible, to then park it up close, but not too close, or on a route to/from their office. Unless you have a better idea, it will/could go on and on.

We have 13 vehicles, most of which the drivers take home.

Not yet but they will be. The last time it happened to several vehicles of ours and several other peoples vehicles the police said that without any DNA evidence they could not investigate further. Everyone knows who is behind it and everyone know who is being paid to do the damage but it has not been possible to prove. The chap responsible thinks he is a real gangster.

I am not suggesting anything more than one........just a bit of bait. You say most of the vehicles are taken home, which sort of implies, not all! I would use the mankiest of the lot, and park it as mentioned Or in the spot/spots that you last encountered problems.

The cams are going to cost you a lot less than the potential damage + you will have the use of them for any future problems.

We already have a unit but it is 4 miles from Town and it would mean someone being there until all hours to provide access.

It is where we used to keep our limos in the good old days. At the moment we use it for servicing and repairing our cars, we have a ramp in there and full tyre changing equipment. My eldest son uses it to work on his landrover, he is just putting it back together after stripping it down to every last nut and bolt. My youngest son, the athletic one, has built his own gym in there as well. It is 90 feet by 40 feet.

I can't charge them rent. The youngest son is a director of our company so in effect he already pays the rent and the eldest is a qualified electrician so we get any electrical work done for free.

1. His company pays the rent, personal useage of a company asset is taxable....lol

2. How much electrical work has he done during his tenure, and youd still pay him anyway
