Do you ever read things properly? I said that in one of our cars there is a sensor for each seatbelt. This is obviously triggered when someone occupies the seat. Now the car has 6 passenger seats so I sugested that it shouldn't be to difficult to tap into that system to know how many passengers there were. I was not sugesting using the kit at the top of this thread.

but why? you rent cars out....if you had PAYE drivers or split bags i could see why, but the cost would outweigh the drivers fiddles

You seem to have totally missed what the thread is about. It is to stop drivers overcharging punters, not to stop them fiddling their base. :roll:
