It would appear Sturgeon thinks she can give herself extra powers at will stating that she can stop a UK democratic vote to leave EU.She thinks the Scots 1.3 million stay in votes can dictate to the UK 16+ million
leave votes.
Since when did the Scots agree to live under a dictator?
