Mohammed Ikhlaq Razaq, 36, of Crossland Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to operating a private hire vehicle without a current licence. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay £125 costs.


During the same week;

Andy Murray, 47, of Spring Street, Rishton, was found guilty in his absence of using a television without a licence. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

Candice Nockels, 32, of Kingston Avenue, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

Fines are based on income. If the fella isn't working now his income will be low.
