fixed rate local fares when the A38 detour means it meters £11 and i get £7 "plus a quid for yourself".....hows that work?
Doing a fixed fare for £3.60 that clocks £8 on the meter and during the journey discovering that they're friends of one of the company owners :?
All other fixed fares are calculated at meter -20%.

B*st"rd that punched a dent in my vehicle after walking across the back of me whilst reversing then lashing out because i didn't immediately stamp on brakes :( :( :( added to the scratch that appeared on the drivers door yesterday looks like I 've worked hard all week for nothing

punched a dent in your car? why didn't you call the law mate? still on the plus side you should think yersell lucky,my mate had his 62 plate 8 seater firebombed last night at 4am , its a burnt out shell now

Mine is a 65 plate ! added to that one of my drivers scraped the side against a hedge last night so scratches and dents on both sides and the tailgate  all in 2 days and the law has been called i will get a community policeman turn up between 18.00 and 19.30 to tell me it's a waste of police resources going through CCTV because they get charged £400 plus quid by the council for reviewing the footage and i'm not allowed to independently make such a request to the council
