I drive up past the rank (to turn around and rank up) and theres 2 cars........and a gap that would take 10 cars and a hack driver stood by his car having a fag, so i drive down and stop behind the 2 on the rank, minutes later he drives down the 100yds from where he was and tells me to reverse around him cos he was waiting....i told him he could go make love somewhere else

last week he stopped at the other station (that rank was full) and took a job instead of sending them to P1....

to be fair it was his own fault for not pulling down BUT as to the other "incident" the consumer has the right to choose their car and if they chose him he's done nothing wrong

Edders is 100% correct, the punter can take any cab off the rank, it shouldn't be that way , as all cabs pay a licence fee and everything else that goes with it, but its in the stupid rules
