Seems uber only have one intention, to do away with drivers, by working with uber and helping to fund there ambition you are creating your own demise, so as well as collecting a percentage of your money to help fund the technology they will be collecting all your data such as journey times, routes, busy times, journey costs, all helping them to create ans efficient driverless taxi

Planes can fly themselves, but do people get on pilotless planes?

Trains can drive themselves, but do people get on driverless trains?

It will be the same with taxi/PH.
