Is this a Joke? They haven't heard of TX1 or TX2 down there Sir. You might be better off waiting to see if they deregulate numbers in the next few months? I can't see that happening so it looks like your out of luck.

In 2004 they had one purpose built wheelchair accesible vehicle, now what type that was I don't know? Maybe you shoudl take a ride down there and try and find it?
