"2 Part timers" for the whole of Birmingham  Amazing to think that they can cover all of the taxi licenses, pub & club licenses, sex shop licenses, plus enforcement. It sounds like a case to be made against the Council......... to stop them from keeping slaves

Im not in Birmingham

So what was the point of you commenting on Birmingham? Assuming of course that you know what you are talking about!

Tbh it seems highly unlikely that Birmingham is being run by two part timers #-o

I know UBER brum has to use brum PH cars.....I dont need to be there to know that

.................Okay fair enough.

Equally so you do not need to be there to know that Birmingham could not possibly be run with (2) part timers, you claimed that they were.

The issue is this; I said redundancies could come about if the LA's allowed Uber to bring in outside cars/cabs, as is happening in other parts of the country. As this is a (general) discussion I was (obviously referring to all of the country). Out of all of the Cities you pluck one to comment on that you do not come from, leaving us with another 360 + boroughs.......would you like to comment on those?

No struggle from me.........try writing properly and concisely.

As a point if interest I am £30/35 from Cardiff Centre, or just under 15 minutes from the beginning of the borough/border - I was still nevertheless licensed by Cardiff.

Not really any point in commenting (I assume) about Tamworth - as we were talking about CITIES #-o

As said......"write concisely"!

Tamworth is not listed as City. As such I never assume, I just go with what I have, or what I am led to believe - neither do I have a crystal ball :D

Just to clear your foggy mind, I have copied below what you said! For some insane reason you picked out Birmingham (somehow forgetting 360 other Boroughs) and then you said "WE". Quite naturally as you had/used to have "Tamworth" as your logo/whatever you want to call it, I thought it was Tamworth. In any event the fact that you apparently have "Two part timers" running your gaff, then you are not operating from a City.

It is only from your vagueness that we have a problem, something that you seem to have developed recently, hi-lighted by your apparent £3k contract that you tried to make out that you received......but did not in total. As they say....do not BS a BS.....ter - not that I do anyway.

Quote:
If Uber is allowed to flood the market with drivers from out of the Borough who pay their licence fees elsewhere, then you could have a situation (through lack of work) whereby drivers (say from Cardiff) end up packing it in. You then have reduced income to the LA = redundancies in the LA offices.

well in Birmingham (the 2nd biggest city) UBER only use Birmingham plated PH cars

as for LA staff redundancies.....weve got 2 part timers

so the UBER driver numbers would far offset that
