Years ago used to buy from cheapo auctions.....wash/wax and sell at better auctions, OR advertise for MOT failures, if theres a fail sheet.....youd be surprised how many start the jobs and dont finish them, i have a "cars for sale" facebook page and and all posts have to be vetted (by me) before going on the page, i have been tempted to put in a cheeky bid on a few....lol

A few years ago I bought a funeral car at Manheim Auctions in Ashfield. It was the biggest heap of crap you could buy. I was going to do it up as a limo. Before I even got to pay for it (£125) a chap came up and offered me £175. We agreed that he would pay the auction costs so I walked away with £50 for putting my hand in the air.

Never buy anything from Manheim at Huthwaite, that's all I'm saying.
