The Royal Grammar School in High Wycombe has apologised after a maths test, which contained a homophobic question, was passed to LBC.

The controversial test: See Question 7
Pupils at The Royal Grammar School in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire were shocked to find a question on their maths paper that said:
“If in a town 70% of the men are married to 90% of the women (and each marriage is between one man and woman, as God intended when he made humans male and female) what percentage of the adult population are married?”

The school say the paper was written by a volunteer, a retired teacher, and that they weren't aware of the question before the paper was handed out.
The likes of Lord Ashcroft, Matt Dawson and Jimmy Carr all went to the Royal Grammar School, which has an Outstanding rating with Ofsted.
