To be honest that driver was extremely gullible should be taking the outbound fare and the return fare up front.

Especially airports but more so nights out into clubland/party time.....find the taxi or walk home

That shouldn't be a problem for you. You keep records of all jobs so at the very least you will have the name, address and phone number wont you?

He forgot he owed us money and booked a taxi on tuesday I reminded him about the unpaid fare and miraculously we got the money for that and some for the driver who had a no pick up

You do this by getting every single one of the little brats in trouble for their participation in the "prank".

one thing that really used to wind me up when on p/h was pulling up at someone's house

Them -" hi , are you for me then?"
Me - " not really, just driving around the housing estate & i just randomly stopped outside your house, just on the off chance you wanted a taxi, looks like we are both in luck then " stupid fookers

Stansted green and blue car parks over half a mile from the terminal and still only about 15% less than the premium car parks  they are getting so greedy

M11 closed for over 2 hours today  why is that the police now keep the roads closed until after the tow trucks have removed the damaged vehicles I can understand whilst they are getting the injured out of their vehicles and into ambulances but surely once that is done they could open at least one lane to let the traffic get to the Airport luckily I had understanding passengers \:D/

It is a crime scene and all evidence has to be preserved and investigated.

They are not called accident anymore. They are collisions. Someone is always going to be blamed nowadays so they need to collect all the evidence. Load of crap realy but that is how it is.
