I assume you are referring to the check on my DBS.
I think it has something to do with the last meeting that drivers had with the council. I asked the question "when we provide our updat details, does that mean that the council are free to use them when they want or do they need to still ask our permission before checking?" Now as far as I was concerned, by providing my details I was authorising the council to use them. However the head of department stated that our details would not be used without our express permission on each occasion. because last year my permission was not sought I think the LO is worried.


I'd call the plod if I were you.

Surely a request for a new DBS can only come from a body wishing to check the changes?

The DBS wont bother

why i've spent £57 last week? we're having them certificates from different offices?
