Just had my lunch and the wife brings me a nice cup of tea with a mince pie. YES A MINCE PIE!!! It's only fookin October!!!

I try to avoid anything to do with Christmas until after my birthday on the 10th December.

lots of shops have them on sale and since when are mince pies specifically a christmas thing they are traditional winter fare

Today the mince pie remains a popular seasonal treat enjoyed by many across the United Kingdom. actually wikipedia says they are seasonal so to me that means the autumn and winter but i'm sure you'll argue differently Pete anyway how come your'e in such a bad mood today

Not only is Christmas reluctantly thought about,but when you get to my age birthdays are not thought about at all.

Greggs are to blame they sell mince pies all year.
