 Post subject: The Eastbourne Judgement

Does anyone remember this, I think the key point was it had to do with waiting in view of the public,
the judge likened it to a lady of the night leaning out of a window as opposed to walking the street, she was still on view to the public and available for hire.

He did indeed, and I made the point at the time that comparing cab drivers to prostitutes was a sound judgement. 8-[

Well I do spend a lot of time hanging around the streets at night, waiting for people to give me money for a ride. I get shafted by all around me, often have to clean up bodily fluids, and at the end of the night I'm well and truly fu*ked ! :badgrin:

hardly....they dont do accounts, take cards or give discounts and are always on T2
