just had a letter ( can scan if ya want ) they are not going to peruse the payments required to pay off the total, BUT, you will receive compensation & we will expect you to pay it to the company & that will be the end of the matter , well , that's not gonna happen , just scored for £400 ish , RESULT

well they are pretty stupid if they are tbh , i have had a few letters about this so how wouldn't they ??

my whimsy about it paying your care home fees suggested it could take years for you to get the refund via the FCS and you could be in a residential home being spoon fed and having bed baths (maybe you already are)

my 2nd "King Harry" quip suggested HM Elizabeth 2 and (maybe) her lad Charlie might be dead and Harry on the throne

or.....................IT MIGHT TAKE FOREVER

The FCS have stated refunds will be paid directly to the finance company unless you paid insurance in full,if you paid on chucky their is know way you will get a personal refund.

damn right but in his world its different...lol

at least i paid in 2 bits with no charges and got 7 months out of it

and cost em over £3K the year before......suck that fecker Gib....
