Its a flawed system (spilt bag)

A driver takes a grand a week ... lets say 140 jobs?

but when so many bases have a price list that 140 jobs on paper yields £850..

1000 less 60% of £850 yields £510. take out £100 fuel...the base gets £410

Driver gets £490 plus (say) £100 tips = £600

all of a sudden it looks better

:badgrin:

60/40 still but not as anticipated

Which is why a straight forward rental system works better
