Anybody heard of this lot They just asked me to Quote a local Job are they Legit or a Bunch of Spiv,s

Steer well clear in my opinion. I joined them for a trial period of 3 months a few years back. Now I can't get them to remove the weblinks.

That is the link to the site they did for me and you can still book a car on the site or even ring them up. Any booking will be charged by card but no car will turn up.
Even our Council have tried to get them to remove the site but they wont do it. Fortunately we no longer have any of the vehicles listed on the site.

Surely the Police can be involved in getting their removal as they are committing a criminal act in selling a product,taking payment for it but not supplying the goods.

This is blatant FRAUD.

Police didn't want to know because they have not had a complaint from a "victim".

Police.councils they all take the attitude that only passengers can be victims never the drivers or companies they forget that we are also members of the public and ratepayers

I can't really fault the Council on this one. They did try very hard to get it removed.
