Like, would you go over 12 hours in one shift?

It depends on how tired one is at the start of a shift.

I would also add; If I was busy (on the go all/most of the shift) then I never really felt tiredness, however a quiet shift was a different ball game.

for me between 8 and 12 is normal. if its busy it goes by quick. if its slow you get tired. just depends on what your concentration levels are

12-15 hours max. Round here they work 30 hours straight sometimes more.
