Skys days are numbered in our house
all you need to do mate is buy a fire stick form argos or somewhere
35 quid hereplug it in you're tv set (need a HDMI port on the telly)
then load kodie on in , loads of tutorials on youtube
example herethen basically watch any movie/boxset/football etc for free, depends what you like but some add ons have old comedies like all the old love thy neighbour/dads army etc , its the best £35 you will ever spend mate ( although not to good for "live tv" i find)
now having said that there is another way if you want to have pretty much what you have now with sky, all live tv , i have had a zgemma box for years now & it works exactly the same as sky/virgin, the boxes are about £60/£70 ( better ones out there, like owt else it depends what you wanna pay,) i find the gemma fine for me though, to by then you need a sub, these subs range form anywhere tbh , i pay £35 py & never had a problem although i do find the cheaper subs aint worth it
zgem example, you can pause/rewind the stations on the gemma & because its a twin tuner you can also record 2 channels while viewing another, its exactly the same as sky tbh , hope this helps, any questions just ask, im no expert but have had these boxes for years & i am a great bloke !
