No this about amalgamating...Liverpool...Sefton..Knowsley,,and the rest into one licence..

Would that mean more effective enforcement ? If so that might have positive benefits

Once again Uber contradicting themselves,they claim in previous statements that the booking is made direct with the driver and they have nothing to do in anyway with dispatching a particular vehicle to a booking.

When have they said that bookings are made direct with the driver? If that were the case then every driver would need an operators license.
