Ven - some of us are interested in the taxi trade, we've watched uber break rules, subsidise there fares
buy power and influence. All this has an effect on full time professional drivers, yet in some ways uber has made some of us up out game.

But Uber's end game is total market domination, they're backed by Goldman Sachs, the Saudis, big corporate all wanting to profit from total market domination.

So if no one try's to show them for what they are, everyone would think they're great.

so what do thy do wrong legally then ?

post what you like mate, bottom line is the company are doing nothing wrong legally , if they were the simply would not be allowed to operate,

Just because they haven't been proved to be acting illegally doesn't mean they're not.

In my view their booking process isn't in accordance with the 1976 act.

Specifically I believe their drivers take the job before they do.

One of the reasons they withdrew their license application at two Councils, they could not answer that question.

Two in the North East of England(Gateshead and North Tyneside) it would appear two of the few Councils with any bottle.

I think Reading might have done so also.
